ReplyDeleteThis is a simple vision test that was converted to a relaxation/meditation technique sheet. A person is supposed to close/cover one eye, read a line across one unit at a time, and then switch to the other eye. Seems simple enough, huh? Well, not quite.
You see, the first time, you can just read it. The second time you go through, you are supposed to look away from the sheet of paper and recite the units from memory.
This technique is used to help people concentrate and should be done daily.
It's simply a test used to improve your memorization. You just start off with the first line and try to memorize that.
ReplyDeleteEach time you get 100% on a line, you move onto the next one until the whole chart is memorized. Then you can just make a new one with different units.
